Plumping Paste has a rich consistency, dense with conditioners like castor seed oil and hydrogenated jojoba. It also contains a new, highly effective ingredient to gently exfoliate and condition. An alternative to sugar scrubs, Plumping Paste uses jojoba beads that are massaged into the lips and wiped a way with a damp cloth after 10 minutes.
