• I can’t find the product I’m looking for. Can PM Studio source it for me?

    If PM Studio doesn’t have the item in our product range you are looking for in stock, you can make a request by emailing our Customer Service centre and we will do our best to assist you!

  • If I don’t want to give my credit card details over the Internet, can I pay by phone?

    Yes. To pay over the phone, when checking out select the "Call Me Please" payment option. A pmstudio.com.au customer service representative will call to request your credit card details and complete your order over the phone. Alternatively you can contact us on (02) 9310 3535. Please read the Payment Methods section for more information.

  • What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

    If you are not happy with your product for any reason, pmstudio.com.au can exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and unopened. Please read our Returns & Refunds section for more information.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    PM Studio uses Australia Post to deliver within Australia.
    Delivery costs are based on the number of products purchased, as below:

    $7.50 for 1 - 2 products
    $10.00 for 3 - 5 products
    Free for 6 or more products
    $4.50 extra for Express Post

    **Please note that there is no free shipping on our Professional Program or Studio Pass.

    Faster delivery via Express Post can be arranged by selecting the express delivery option when checking out. Please read the Shipping section for more information. Please note PM Studio does not ship outside of Australia.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Standard delivery time is between 3-7 business days depending on your location. We are based in Sydney. pmstudio.com.au is only able to ship to locations within Australia at this time.

  • My delivery hasn't arrived within the expected time frame. What happens now?

    All deliveries are tracked. If you feel that your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, then please contact us and we will investigate further.

  • What do I do if I have lost or forgotten my account password?

    Click the Register / Login button at the top of the screen and select the "Forgot Password" option. You will receive an email with instructions on retrieving or resetting your password.

  • Can I change my account details?

    Yes. To make changes to your account details, log-in to "Your Account" using your current email address and password. Once logged in you are able to change your email address, password and billing details. Simply update the appropriate fields and click on “Change” to save the changes.

  • Am I eligible for a discount?

    PM studio is for professional makeup artists as well as the everyday makeup user. Professional makeup artist discounts are available on cosmetics upon presentation of the appropriate documents. Please contact us for more information.

  • If eligible, how do I claim my discount?

    You can either come and purchase in-store, or set up an online account with us. Once you've set up your account online let us know and we will activate you as a member of our program.

  • Can I purchase an online gift voucher?

    At present we are unable to create gift vouchers online, however if you wish to purchase a gift voucher please contact us and we can arrange payment and, once payment is received, post a gift voucher to you.

  • Is there a difference between prices in-store and online?

    Usually all prices on the website are the same as in-store. However from time to time, the website or the stores may have exclusive products on sale.

  • If I place a special order will I be charged for it and / or have to buy it?

    No. pmstudio.com.au stocks products that have the highest demand and sometimes will not stock the entire range of a brand. When you request a product, our buying team will try to find it for you, and they will contact you to let you know if they have found it. There is no obligation to purchase if we do find the item for you, and no charge for this service. However, in order to bring an item in payment will be required before the order can be placed.

  • The online shopping system won't let me order multiple items of the same product.

    This is usually because there are limited quantities available in our stock. If you wish to check whether we can obtain further stock, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives.

  • Does PM Studio offer delivery outside Australia?

    We currently offer delivery in Australia and New Zealand.
